Here, have some of my favorite fics, panfandom-like. Some I've rec'd before (they are my favorites, after all), some I haven't. There are several others I'm trying to track down, so I'll be editing this.

Doctor Who:

In the distant future, space travel isn’t white panels, fusion engines and pristine glory. On an independent and harsh human colony, a town leader Declan holds a man for his boss. He doesn’t know who the man is, or why his boss even wants him alive, but he keeps him captive with only somewhat less freedom then he gives the rest of the terrified town. One day though, someone comes for the man and something none all together different comes for Declan too.

A decade after Supernatural ends, Jared Padalecki is still working in series television. His marriage to Sandy is coming to an amicable end, and he's famous enough that he wants to be out of town before he becomes a tabloid headline. Jensen Ackles has seen his career progress from small but weighty parts that earned him acclaim to above the title billing. The notoriously private Jensen extends an invitation--by way of a first-class plane ticket--for Jared to hide out at Jensen's mostly empty Paris flat while he films his next movie. Three months in Paris is enough to tone down the tabloid attention, but Jared returns to LA only to find that he doesn't have everything figured out. They say you can't go home again, but Jared discovers that sometimes that's exactly what you have to do.

The Time Dean Was Sam's Girlfriend by fleshflutter. PG-13, 11041 words. Sam/Jess, kind of Sam/Dean.
The title kind of says it all. I couldn't make up my mind whether to write bodyswap or genderswitch so I wrote both. And I can't believe there aren't a million and one fics about the effects of Dean and Jess sharing a birthday!


Veronica Mars:
