Dear flist,

Please rec me some fic.

Anything at all. Preferably old, interesting stuff. Sam/Dean, anything Heroes, J2, Veronica Mars... anything.

It can be gen, kinky porn, angst, schmoop (weird, I know)... whatever!

Thank you!

Love,
Victoria

Oh, and I write Heroes. I used to write plotty stuff but lately all I can seem to manage is porn. ...whoops.

I think by "whoops" you mean, perhaps, "whooppee!"

I haven't been reading Heroes fic since I wasn't caught up on the season with my Monday night class last quarter, but I'm all good now, so prepare to be inundated with a bunch of comments on your old fic!

LOL, comments make me giddy like a two year old. You don't have to know any plot to read my smut. Sometimes Elle gets to wear a collar though. *shifty eyes*

plus, there's all the things that didn't make the Best of the Best tag but are still awesome. :D

I've never read the first one. Finding a story I haven't read doesn't happen very often. Thank you!

I was like the third person to review Keepsake. It's probably my favorite thing written in the last few months (except for maybe Tractorbeam, actually).

You are the second person in two weeks to rec that [livejournal.com profile] raina_at fic to me, too. I've read it several times, though I prefer her thriller from last year's big bang.

Isn't it exciting to find a fic you haven't read before? I'm constantly on the hunt - I kinda just opened my favs and picked the ones that popped out at me (I don't have many fav'd, it'd be such a mess if I did, I need a delicious or something) to send along to you. I'm glad I've found a new one for you!

Yeah, it's a draw between Keepsake and Tractorbeam for me, too. Also, someone else mentioned it, The Doors of Time, how phenomenal.

I LOVE THAT FIC. And her thriller? Gave me the chills and I couldn't shake it for a good week or so. I don't know if I've even commented yet, it shook me so hard.

The realtor fic was so cute! Thank you again for hooking me up!

I just cannot get into The Doors of Time. I tried, back when it first came out and everyone was all "ZOMG BEST FIC EVER!" about it. It just wasn't for me, I guess.

A pleasure!

It happens. There have been a few that many were very !!!!! about and I just kinda shrugged and moved on. Maybe you'll go back to it a few months from now and like it? Or not. It's very heavy, and you really have to invest the time to it - sooooo long.

There are a whole load of links here (http://sarcasticdaisy.livejournal.com/23433.html) for J2/spn fic based on movies. There might be some you haven't read in there. Also I was just rereading Of Dice and Jen(sen) (http://epeeblade.livejournal.com/488382.html) today its one of my favourite J2's.

Oooh, shiny Sam/Deans I hadn't read. The Fetters of Fenrir is... daunting to say the least. I think perhaps I'll save that for the weekend.

[livejournal.com profile] belyste is one of my favorite authors (in fact, I have Can't Point the Way to Your Heart open in another tab right now for a re-read). And that makes three [livejournal.com profile] raina_at recs in like a week--I'm supposed to fangirl her right now!

Thank you!

"The Fetters of Fenrir" DOES seem daunting... it does. It took me a really long time to read, but believe me, it is beyond worth it. It's such an amazing concept and story, and the boys are fucking amazing in it. Some day when I'm not juggling 20,000 other things, I'll reread it.

Yes, go read [livejournal.com profile] raina_at's fics and fangirl her right now! ;P
