[Poll #1383231]Those were the top three choices from the last poll. Just clicky. I don't care who you are, even if you're a random drive-by. I just want to see which name the internet likes best.

New layout, which I edited a bit from the original. Top bars bug me, so I had to fuck around with it to make it a sidebar. I still need to tweak it a little bit, but I'm pleased with it so far.

So much homework! No writing time for me. Dear week, you can end any time now, thanks. :(

It's a good thing they extended the deadline for [livejournal.com profile] j2_everafter, seriously. No way will it be done by Friday. I can do the 30th, though. This weekend is going to be a big ol' writing fest for my happy ass.

My mom came down for Easter on Sunday, so I sent my old white Macbook home with her so it can be her computer now. I cleared everything off the hard drive, except I forgot to clear out my iTunes library. Nice, because now she has the fourth season of SPN through episode 17 (I never got 18 transferred over), not to mention Dollhouse through episode 7. Weird, though, because I just know I'm going to get a phone call that's like, "Um, Torrie, I was playing iTunes on shuffle and this song came on about the actors who play the brothers on Supernatural being in love..." and I'm going to go, "Yeah... but it's true so it's okay."

Tonight we tried to video chat on iChat, but failed because her neighbors were using their wireless for once, and the connection kept dropping. Laaame. I wanted to see my kitties in real time!

Aha, your tags are awesome, yo! And I really really love how you have all your fic challenges lined up in your side bar. I always sign up for those things and randomly remember two days before they're due I promised to write someone something and literally sit at my computer 24/7 until it's done. I should try this planning ahead thing lol.

Heh, yeah, if my mom went through my internet history much less the contents of my hard drive I'd have some 'splaining to do. Hopefully I never have to go through that lawl.

If I didn't have my challenges lined up like that, I would die. I already failed two that I've since deleted, but I have hope of finishing all of the ones that are left!

I love the colours in your new layout, very nice :)

I voted for Vincennes, but mostly I think , because I'm not sure that I could take a character called Kinney seriously after having watched QaF. lol

I never watched QaF, so I always forget about Brian Kinney. Shit. That is NOT an allusion I want to make.

Kinney's on the list because it was the last name of one of my best friends in high school. Vincennes is Kevin Spacey's last name in LA Confidential. Moeller is more random.

Lol I love Brian to death, but I don't think he's quite aquaman material!

Both the other names seem fine to me, but I've never seen LA Confidential I don't think, so it doesn't allude to anything for me.

Haha, I let my mom borrow my ipod once, and that song came on and she was all
O.O "there's a real song about them being gay? Seriously. Huh. Catchy" And from then on, she starts humming it at random times. It's kinda creepy really xD

So chash has this story where Bones and Booth (from Bones) meet Sam and Dean, and Bones explains to Booth why brother-brother incest, especially in Sam and Dean's insular creeptastic world, isn't anthropologically bad or even surprising. My mother commented UNWARRANTED the first time we watched the show about how she thought Sam and Dean were totally gay for each other, but that it was too bad they were brothers. Since I gave her the Bones speech, she's happily shipped them.

Basically, our mothers rule.
